Listening

We strive to listen so that we can accurately perceive what is being expressed, while also asking questions to discern key issues and concerns. We recognize that listening requires an individual to relinquish a self-focus; however, listening does not mean agreement.

Learning

We strive to help clients learn so that they can respond effectively and improve their own performance. We also seek to learn from our clients, our suppliers, and our fellow team members so that we can grow and develop as an organization.

Stewardship

Stewardship refers to management's responsibility to properly utilize and develop its resources, including its people, its property and its financial assets. God is the true owner of each person's possessions, and one is accountable to God for the acceptable care and use of those possessions.

Responsiveness

We strive to help clients respond effectively to their problems and to their key stakeholders. We
seek to respond to our clients in a timely and appropriate fashion. We recognize that “not responding” may be an appropriate response under certain circumstances.

FUN

We enjoy our work and seek to bring that same sense of enjoyment to all of our interactions — be they clients, suppliers, community members, or team members. While work issues may not always be fun, we will seek to find moments of laughter in everything we do.
